And while aged prime steaks are at the core of our menu, Prime Blue Grille is more than just a steakhouse. Just as much focus is on our seafood and shellfish choices, fresh from the market daily.

And because consumers are challenged to find natural, high-quality beef, Prime Blue Grille offers a very unique service: a small retail market for our customers to purchase the freshest shellfish, seafood and specialty meats, cut to order by an on-site butcher, to prepare at home. The same premium meat and seafood we serve in our restaurant, we sell in our market.
